Responsible Broking
At MediaBlanket Ltd we strive to ensure responsive, transparent customer service and an enjoyable application experience. As a broker, we have instituted policies designed to clarify the lending process and direct customers to the appropriate authority when questions or concerns arise.
Collection Policies
MediaBlanket Ltd does not engage in collection practices. Your lender will contact you by e-mail, telephone, and / or post to describe and arrange your payment schedule. This will be outlined in your pre-contract information and any signed Credit Agreement, too. Please contact your lender to discuss their collection process, as lender collection policies vary.
Renewals
If you wish to renew, or roll over, an existing loan, please contact your lender directly before your payment is due. Although some lenders may offer you a loan renewal on the same terms as your original loan, each lender’s renewal policy is different, and renewals might incur additional fees or interest. Under certain circumstances, renewals may be automatic. Please weigh the decision to renew an existing loan heavily and consider consulting with independent financial counsel before renewing your loan.

Representative Example: If you borrow £1,000 over a 12-month period, your monthly repayment will amount to £116.05. The total repayment sum, inclusive of £392.60 in interest, will reach £1392.60. This example assumes a fixed interest rate of 79.5%.

Interest rates range from 12.9% APR to 1721% APR. The APR you receive will depend upon your individual personal circumstances. Loans are available between £100 and £20,000, with terms ranging from 1 month to 10 years. Some lenders only offer loans to UK homeowners. You can request a quote with no obligation.

As part of the application process, you are agreeing that in order to assess your eligibility for the product you are applying for, that lenders will carry out a soft search on your credit file. A soft search is only visible to you and does not affect your credit rating. If you choose to progress your application with a loan product, the lender may carry out a hard search. This hard search will be visible on your credit file to you and other providers and can negatively impact your credit score.

The quote and APR you receive will be tailored to your specific circumstances. Loan terms, conditions, policies, and repayment terms vary by lender and if you are presented with a loan offer, it is important that you familiarise yourself with these terms prior to proceeding. Lenders may use collection services for non-payment of loans.
*Most loans can be paid into your bank account the same day following approval; however, the time required to process and transfer the loan varies by lender and not all lenders are able to pay out the same day.
If we are unable to find you a lender to approve your loan application, we may transfer you to an alternative provider or service, which may incur a fee if you choose to use it.
